This may not be possible and I may be crazy, but has anyone checked on the specs for the APCM for the Chevy Volt to see if it is compatible in power output and capabilities as the EV1/S10-EV APCM? I am not suggesting that it will plug right it and work, but maybe we can develo...

So that's it then. Anyone want to buy a dead truck whole for parts? Or buy some of the parts? The battery pack is in great condition, in balance and so on. It has been a daily driver but only in town and typically only for 5-10 miles. Very occasionally it has done 20 miles. I...

My ABS has failed. It was a few months ago, but I'm just posting now hoping that there might be a replacement module out there somewhere. I didn't keep any of the error codes from back then, but here's how it presented it's self. I think, from the beginning of driving the S10E...

Hello John Sorry to say but it sounds like your APCM has failed. The good news is they are still available. The bad news is they are about 5300 list and cost is about 3800 going from memory. It is just about the most expensive part in the truck to replace. Also if I remember c...

So Noah and I have been working on resurrecting an S10. I think I've located the parts missing from the battery box. So what we know so far is that the truck was running but it blew one or two dc-dc converters. Noah can correct me if I'm forgetting something. The truck is curr...

Isaac Podolefsky Mon, 28 Mar 2011 09:10:34 -0500 2011 Thread size 1
Does anyone know the part number for the BPCM from the battery box? Since I think that's one of our missing parts, I thought I'd start setting up some automated searches in case a matching part number shows up somewhere like on craigslist or ebay. Thanks, :Isaac:

When I was tracking the Tech2 on eBay they seem to sell for around 1500 to 2000 dollars used. 1100 dollars is a very good buy you did well. There are now fake Tech2 units coming out of China so that is something to be concerned about. The shipping cost would depend on how far...
