Patrick, Good for you. The only flaw in you calculation is that you are including all of the upstream emissions for the EV, but only the actual tailpipe emissions for the ICE car. While the ICE tailpipe emissions are simple physics, the upstream emissions are more complicated....

Guys, Come to Long Island with your Prius, free (no premium) solo HOV access, no hassles from cops, and no limits on how many hybrid owners can get a sticker. Just forget though about using the HOV lane solo in your electric vehicle, unless you have the California HOV sticker....
