Hello Stephen 50 degrees is the inlet temperature reading before reaching the tray. You can get this reading with a Tech2. If you pull the paddle when the A/C is running it stops the cooling of the pack. What you hear running is just the pack fan and that will turn off in 5 or...

Hello Stephen Yes it is better if you charge when they are cool and just before you drive. I would advise not to pull the paddle during the charge cycle with the A/C running. I am not implying this has any thing to do with starting a fire. Just what is best for NiMH life. If y...
