Hey there all, Picked-up an S-10 EV Vehicle with the Dolphin controller. Got the battery pack to charge-up, but have the three fault lamps, Ready, Charged, and Fault on the dash board flashing all the time whether the key is on or off. Have not been able to get the main motor...

Hi all, The ev-95 battery box installation went very well over the weekend. I picked up the Tech 2 on Friday afternoon and found 44 codes in the system. By Saturday evening I had the new box installed and had just one code left, a DTC - 279. Everything else looks great, indivi...

Hello all. I am having too much fun here. My '98 s10e has the ev-95 pack installed now with upgraded cooling and vitalization and a tech2 is coming for me to work with this weekend. The engineers I am working with agree that she should run properly unless there are additional...

Hello! Tom and Paul, thanks for answering. The charger is wired with a NEMA 14-30R plugin. It is immediately below the breaker panel and six feet from the distribution transformer. The lead in wire is 3x10 gauge cab tire cable, ten feet long. I'll figure a way how to measure t...

Hello all, I am in the final stages of the EV-95 installation and have come across a discrepancy in the box wiring. When I disassembled my box the battery 14 & 15 connections were as follows . Black-White 18awg wire (w/red tag #14) was connected to the low pass filer to batter...

Stephen, Paul and the rest of the list, This had nothing to do with with my 12 Volt battery. It is a long standing glitch in the the system that rears it's ugly head when someone stupidly (yours truly, and hopefully not you) forgets to plug the paddle out of the charge port wh...

Paul, I think this may be an issue for all EVs using the induction chargers that we use. For example, Darell, on the RAV4 EV list, had error codes and some problems. I suggested that he get an Optima battery and his problems disappeared. He was getting volts below 12.0 and thi...

What do you meant you were going through regular batteries in your S10EV? Is the 12V battery tasked hard and to blame for some of these "E" errors? I've always wondered how much these accessory batteries are tasked, and why they are so big (as if we will be needing to crank a...

There is talk on the Rav4 EV group (people with 100,000 miles) about looking for new batteries. They have identified possible sources in Europe but not the US. How are we doing with our NiMH battery supply? I'm fine now, but years later, will you have some? Or would the RAV4 b...
